My Order Didn't Arrive
Orders shipped through our Priority and Express shipping
options can be tracked on our shipping carriers' Web sites. If
you wish to track an order, go to
Track
My Orders. If you still have questions about an
order that has not arrived, please contact us and one of our
Customer Care Staff will be happy to help you.
Order Confirmation
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email
confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a
second email when your order has been shipped. (You will receive
more than one shipment confirmation email if your order is
fulfilled in multiple shipments.) Please save these email
invoices for your records.
