General Shipping Policy
We've made our shipping and handling prices and policy as fair as possible, so you benefit from our Every Day Low Prices plus the convenience of delivery to your door.

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.

Some very large or heavy items must be shipped to you via freight carrier; these items are identified as oversize.

Shipping to a Different Address
While checking out, you can add or select one or more shipping address(es) other than the address you used when you created an account. You can also enter a variety of shipping addresses in your Address Book, so each time you check out you can choose from the shipping addresses that you have stored. To ship items in your order to multiple addresses, click "Multiple Addresses" on the Shipping Address page. Then choose the address to which you want each item sent by using the pull-down menus on the Address Selection page.

Shipping Costs
To find the shipping cost for an item, follow these steps:

1. Place the item in your cart, then click "Proceed to Checkout." (You will not have to purchase the item when you enter Checkout. You can enter and leave Checkout as often as you want without committing to a purchase.)

2. Sign in with your email address (If you are a new customer, your information will be saved only if you decide to complete the purchase.)

3. Enter or select a shipping address. On this page you will find shipping charges displayed separately. You can complete your purchase by choosing toclick on "Pay Now" button and finishing the order process, or you can click your browser's "Back" button to exit Checkout without completing the purchase.

Where does the total shipping cost of my order appear?
You can find the total shipping cost for your order after you add your items to your shopping cart and begin to check out. You can go into Checkout and see the shipping charges displyaed in the shopping cart. Then you can either cancel the order by leaving Checkout or continue to check out by clicking "Pay Now."
