- Wet your hair thoroughly with water.
- Rub the shampoo bar between your hands or
directly onto your scalp to create a lather. Alternatively, you can also
rub the bar directly onto wet hair.
- Massage the lather into your scalp and
work it through the lengths of your hair. Ensure that all areas of your
scalp and hair are covered.
- Gently massage your scalp with your
fingertips for a few minutes to stimulate blood circulation and thoroughly
cleanse your scalp.
- Rinse your hair thoroughly with water
until all the shampoo is rinsed out. Make sure there are no residual soap
suds left in your hair.
- Follow with a conditioner or a hair rinse,
if desired. Apply the conditioner or rinse to the lengths of your hair,
avoiding the scalp.
- Rinse out the conditioner or hair rinse
thoroughly.
- Towel dry your hair or allow it to air dry
naturally.
